Refund Policy

If your package is lost or jewelry arrives damaged, I will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. If you receive your order and decide you do not want it anymore, you must send the jewelry back to me within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. You will be the one covering the cost of shipping when you return it.

You will not receive a refund if:

- You do not like your order but will not send it back

- Your order is sent back damaged, worn, or altered

For lost or damaged claims, you must contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
